Outlook: Coming off another shocking loss to IPFW – their second in as many years – the Hoosiers will try to get on track in their fourth ever meeting against the Golden Eagles. ... IU lost 92-72 on Monday to the Mastodons at Assembly Hall, where first-year coach Archie Miller also was upset by Indiana State on Nov. 10. Those losses may outweigh the positives, including the 80-77 overtime victory Saturday at No. 18 Notre Dame and a competitive 91-81 loss to top-ranked Duke on Nov. 29. ... The Hoosiers are 3-0 against the Golden Eagles with all three games coming at Assembly Hall – in 1974, 1983 and 1993. The 1974 victory began a 31-game winning streak. ... The Hoosiers are 23-0 all-time against teams from the Ohio Valley Conference. ...
