Notre Dame holds off Princeton 60-58

Fifth-seeded Notre Dame escaped a last-second shot from 12th-seeded Princeton to win their first-round NCAA West Regional game 60-58 on Thursday in Buffalo, New York.

The Irish, now 26-9, advance to a Saturday second-round game against the winner of the West Virginia-Bucknell game later today. The Tigers finish 23-7.
