Ohio man charged in brother's shooting death

A 26-year-old Oakwood, Ohio, man is in jail awaiting arraignment on charges he shot and killed his brother early today.
Paulding County police said they responded to a drive-by shooting report about 2:50 a.m., but later determined Donald J. Richcreek shot his sibling.
Anthony J. Richcreek died from at least one shot in the chest, a news release said. He was 28.
The victim and his brother lived at a home on Road 187 in Oakwood.
An investigation is ongoing.
