Briggs & Stratton recalls riding mowers

Briggs & Stratton is recalling about 1,160 Snapper rear-engine riding mowers because a faulty blade engagement lever poses an injury hazard.

No incidents or injuries have been reported.

The company can be reached 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at 800-227-3798 or at and click on “Recalls” under the support tab for more information.
