Player moves for K's

JUSTIN A. COHN | The Journal Gazette

There’s a good news/bad news situation for the Komets.

The good is that Brett McKenzie, one of the team’s biggest free-agent signings, is headed back from Chicago of the American Hockey League. The bad news is that Brycen Martin, who was expected to be one of Fort Wayne’s top defensemen, has been signed by the Wolves to a tryout contract. So he could be there awhile or all season.

In other news, the Komets have cut Felix Kronwall, the former Indiana Tech player; Isaiah Crawford, the former Trine player; Carl Greco; and goalie Jake Kupsky.
