Murphy called to Providence of AHL from Fort Wayne

Defenseman Matt Murphy has been called from the Komets to the higher-level American Hockey League’s Providence Bruins. It’s his third stint in the AHL this season. He was scoreless in five games with Belleville. With Fort Wayne, he has four goals and seven points in nine games this season.
