Tech's Willison gets All-American Honors at NAIA National Championships

Indiana Tech sophomore Jake Willison became just the fourth individual in program history to garner NAIA All-American honors as he crossed the finish line in 25:18.2, just two seconds off his personal best, to finish 21st at the NAIA National Championships at Fort Vancouver National Historic Championship Course in Washington.

Willison is just the second non-senior in team history to earn All-American accolades, joining two-time All-American Camron Walter (2007, 08), while Marcus Hobbs (2015) and Cayce Griffin (2018) both garnered the national honor in the final race of their careers.

Sophomore and Kendallville native Kara Kline finished in 146th with a time of 19:46.4.
