Central Noble's Josh Treesh is one of six girls basketball coaches chosen for the 2019 Bob King Coaches of the Year by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association, the IBCA announced Tuesday.
Treesh and Crown Point's Chris Seibert were selected from District 1.
The Cougars went 27-1 this season, winning the Northeast Corner Conference, claiming their third consecutive sectional title before falling in the Class 2A semi-state round to Oak Hill, the eventual state champion. Oak Hill's coach, Todd Law, was also among the six coaches named Coach of the Year.
Treesh coached the Cougars to a state title in the 2017-2018 season. It was the school's first team title in any sport.
