Homestead No. 5 in Week 3 poll

Homestead remains at No. 5 in the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association Top 20 Week 3 poll, which was released Sunday. The Spartans (4-0) received one first-place vote. Northwestern (6-0) remains the top-ranked girls team in the state, followed by Lawrence North (6-0), Crown Point (5-0) and Penn (5-0). Carroll (4-1) and Warsaw (4-2) were the only other local teams to receive votes.
