Sherry Colbert joined The Hagerman Group as a receptionist; Ed Messer, project manager; and Bradley McBride and Josh Hocker as project engineers.

Ashley M. Gilbert-Johnson with the Rothberg Law Firm was named a partner and her practice is focused on civil litigation, medical malpractice defense and commercial litigation. Mike Deam was reelected as managing partner. Deam, Jared Helge and Tom Trent were re-elected to the executive committee of the firm.

Michael J. Ready joined Summit Business Solutions as a retirement plan specialist.

Dan Starr, president and CEO of Do it Best Corp., was appointed chairman of the Parkview Health board of directors. Other additions to the Parkview Health board of directors include Ian Boyce, chair of the Parkview Hospital board of directors and a founding member and managing partner of Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management; Joe Urbanski, chair of the Parkview LaGrange Hospital board of directors and president and CEO of Farmers State Bank in LaGrange; David Findlay, president and CEO of Lake City Bank in Warsaw and Lakeland Financial Corp.; and John Haines, recently retired as vice president of Franklin Electric.

Indiana Philanthropy Alliance announced the 2022 cohorts of the John M. Mutz Philanthropic Leadership Institute convening virtually once a month Jan. 21 until Oct. 22. They are Alison Gerardot, vice president of Philanthropic Services and Women's Fund Coordinator of Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne; Dani Rich, program officer of Don Wood Foundation; and Ruth Stone, president and founder of CDO Consulting Group.
