The deal

Bradley Co. completed the following transactions: 

Stanley Phillips represented the landlord, Bauerlie 14 Square LLC, and Russ Jehl represented the tenant, Mutual Bank, in the lease of 2,970 square feet of retail space in the 14 Square Shopping Center, 4916 Illinois Road, Suite 108.

Jehl represented the landlord, Frontier Realty, and the tenant, Cameo Inc., in the lease of 1,652 square feet of retail space at 5322 Illinois Road.

Phillips represented the landlord, Silver Creek Properties LLC, and Jehl represented the tenant, Rx Optical Laboratories Inc., in the lease of 2,500 square feet of retail space at 1400 N. Wayne St., Angola.

Phillips represented the landlord, Preferred Village Green LLC, and the tenant, Bank of Geneva, for the lease renewal of 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Village Green Shopping Center, 100 S. 13th St., Suite 1061, Decatur.

Kienan O’Rourke represented the landlord, Kurt Mundinger, and Kelly Castle represented the tenant, Three Rivers Distilling Co. LLC, in the lease of 7,108 square feet of industrial space at 224 E. Wallace St.

O’Rourke represented the owner, B & R Real Estate, in the sale of the 2,077-square-foot office condo at 515-519 Airport North Office Park.

O’Rourke represented the landlord, Milham Realty, and the tenant, Koteit Inc., in the lease of 2,428 square feet of industrial space located at 1951 Lakeview Drive.

O’Rourke represented the tenant, Vintage Treasures LLC, in the lease of 21,600 square feet of retail space located at 625 Coliseum Blvd.

Tyler Binkley represented the landlord, H5 Properties, and the tenant, Phil’s Hobby Shop, in the lease of 3,802 square feet of retail space at 1515 N. Harrison St.

Sperry Van Ness Parke Group completed the following transactions: 

Brandon Downey represented the tenant, Volunteers of America of Indiana, in the lease of office space at 333 E. Washington Blvd., Suite 333 F.

Whitney Peterson represented the landlord, Professional Park West Properties, and the tenant, Strategic Benefit Consultants NE Inc., in the expansion of office space at 4646 W. Jefferson Blvd., Suite 240.

Mark Baringer represented the landlord, Valley Forge Investments LTD., in the lease of industrial space at 2802 Congressional Parkway, Suite H.

Downey represented the landlord, Falstaff Properties LLC, and Diana Parent represented the tenant, Jack Laurie Floors LLC, in the lease of 31,635 square feet of office/warehouse space at 2020 E. Washington Blvd.
