Bradley Company set to move downtown

Real estate firm slated to relocate early next year

Bradley Company's new northeast regional headquarters will open in downtown Fort Wayne early next year, officials announced Monday.

Located at 127 W. Wayne St., the company's new facility will occupy a 25,000-square-foot building constructed in 1908. It will house the firm's team of 25 real estate professionals and property management team.

Great Lakes Capital bought the building in October, and Bradley will provide leasing and management services. Rural Sourcing will be the building's anchor tenant. That company will employ more than 135 professionals in the city's tech sector.

“Downtown Fort Wayne is booming, and we believe this economic climate presents a unique opportunity for Bradley to establish our northeast regional headquarters in the heart of the action,” said Martin Huttenlocker, Bradley Company's vice president of asset services and principal.

“We're proud of the cooperation among the city, the county and the region to attract new jobs and investments to our downtown, and we look forward to being a part of this continual progress,” he said in a statement.

Wiegand Construction is a key player in the redevelopment of 127 W. Wayne St., having been the construction partner on Skyline Tower, which is also managed by Bradley Company.

Bradley Company, founded in 1978, is now located at 111 E. Ludwig Road.

The firm operates eight regional offices in Indiana and western Michigan and provides commercial brokerage services, commercial and multi-housing management, real estate tax consulting, maintenance services, project and facilities management, corporate services, research services and strategic planning.
