Felony Report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Jennifer L. Evans, 35, of the 900 block of West Berry Street, was charged May 6 with neglect of a dependent by placing the dependent in a dangerous situation, operating a vehicle while intoxicated or using a controlled substance with a passenger younger than 18 and misdemeanor operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Daniel J. Hansen, 35, of the 1700 block of Patriot Drive, was charged May 6 with theft where value of the property is between $750 and $50,000. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Trevor R. Vaughn, 29, of the 1200 block of St. Joseph Boulevard, was charged May 6 with operating a motor vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Haiden Alexander Slabaugh, 22, of the 4800 block of Grassy Lane, was charged May 6 with battery by means of a deadly weapon, unlawful syringe possession and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held without bail. 

Daniel T. Campbell, 27, of the 900 block of Ridgewood Drive, was charged May 6 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond. 

Sean Maurice Daniels II, 28, of the 1400 block of Kitch Street, was charged May 6 with operating a vehicle after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.  

Quimari J. Woods, 23, of the 100 block of West Washington Center Road, was charged May 6 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prior conviction. He was released on $2,500 bond. 

Amber Burgett aka Amber Tolbert, 31, of the 9600 block of Serpentine Cove, was charged May 6 with domestic battery committed in the presence of a child younger than 16. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Alfredo Zamora Jr., 21, of the 2900 block of South Harrison Street, was charged May 6 with burglary of a dwelling. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail. 

Damontre T. Burnett aka Demontre Hanna and Demontre Hannah-Burnett,18, of the 3200 block of Smith Street, was charged May 6 with obstruction of justice by intentionally interfering with an official proceeding and misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $750 bail. 

Theresa R. Seffernick, 46, of the 3000 block of Rockwood Drive, was charged May 6 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a prior conviction. She was being held without bail. 

Trent B. Gaulden, 37, of the 3300 block of McKinnie Avenue, was charged May 6 with two counts of battery against a public safety officer and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, controlled dangerous substance possession and marijuana possession. He was released on his own recognizance.
