Felony Report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Vanessa N. Frazier, 32, of the 5700 block of Challenger Parkway, was charged March 31 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Allen M. Johnson, 48, of the 2500 block of Lynn Avenue, was charged April 2 with resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. He was released on $5,750 bond.

Robert V. Cook III aka Bobby V. Cook, 36, of the 2700 block of West Washington Center Road, was charged April 2 with methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor paraphernalia possession. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Derek J. Briggs aka Derrick Briggs, 20, no address given, was charged April 2 with domestic battery, strangulation and misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bail.

Kodie N. Comer, 30, of the 700 block of Third Street, was charged April 3 with theft and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, synthetic drug possession and paraphernalia possession. He was released on $750 bond.

April D. McAtee aka April Otis, 43, of the 1000 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged April 3 with methamphetamine possession, unlawful syringe possession and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license and paraphernalia possession. She was released on her own recognizance.

Anthony D. Watts, 25, of the 700 block of Tennessee Avenue, was charged April 3 with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Stacy W. Mann, 44, of the 2600 block of Kensington Boulevard, was charged April 6 with battery against a public safety official, three counts of intimidation and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of 18,250 bail.

David E. Peasley, 33, of the 4600 block of South Hanna Street, was charged April 6 with strangulation and domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on his own recognizance but was being held on another charge.

Imelda Santos, 23, of the 1000 block of Swinney Avenue, was charged April 6 with battery by bodily waste committed against a public safety officer, resisting law enforcement by drawing a deadly weapon and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Torin D. Matthews, 50, of the 6500 block of Alvarez Drive, was charged April 6 with robbery resulting in bodily injury and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury and battery. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Juan J. Andrade-Ruvalcaba aka Juan Andrade, 53, of the 200 block of East Crown Lane was charged April 7 with child molesting. He was released on $10,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Brinden T. Wiegman, 19, of the 2600 block of Bolton Drive, was charged April 7 with three counts of fraud. He was released on his own recognizance. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Tonya S. Martin aka Tonya S. Fry and Tonya S. Koenig, 41, of the 10700 block of South U.S. 27, was charged April 7 with theft. She was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Karin J. Gaines aka Kareen Gaines, 46, of the 4900 block of Webster Street, was charged April 7 with domestic battery and misdemeanor law enforcement. He was released on $3,250 bond.

Brooke M. Stoneburner, 29, of Avilla, was charged April 7 with domestic battery committed in front of a child. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Deondre T. Jones, 24, of South Bend, was charged April 8 with being a felon carrying a handgun, resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and marijuana possession. He was released on $13,250 bond.

Jasmine N. Lee, 24, of the 2200 block of Holton Avenue, was charged April 8 with two counts of domestic battery, one by means of a deadly weapon and another committed in front of a child. She was released on $12,500 bail.

Carl V. White, 35, of the 4000 block of South Lafayette Street, was charged April 9 with two counts of domestic battery, one count committed in front of a child. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jabria S. Brown, 25, of New Haven, was charged April 9 with two counts of domestic battery, one committed in front of a child. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Toby J. Morris, 41, no address given, was charged April 9 with methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor paraphernalia possession. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Khalid Aldawsari, 26, of the 6500 block of St. Joe Road, was charged April 13 with robbery resulting in bodily injury and domestic battery in front of a child. He was released on $12,500 bond.

Christina J. Bodle, 46, of the 1900 block of Dellwood Drive, was charged April 13 with methamphetamine possession. She was released on her own recognizance.

Alexis M. Cischke, 28, of the 600 block of Greenlawn Avenue, was charged April 13 with auto theft and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Thomas L. Crabtree, 34, of the 5500 block of Kelso Lane, was charged April 13 with domestic battery in front of a child and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
