Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony. 

Anfernee M. Dean aka Antwan Lillie, 21, of the 4000 block of Winter Street, was charged April 15 with criminal recklessness where defendant shoots a firearm into a building. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Richard Albert Garcia, 30, of the 300 block of Greenwood Avenue, was charged April 15 with criminal confinement with moderate bodily injury and two counts of domestic battery, one resulting in moderate bodily injury, and misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime and criminal mischief. He was released on $12,500 bail. 

Dustin F. Walkel, 46, of the 3200 block of Victor Lane, was charged April 16 with criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. He was released on his own recognizance.

Michael L. Tittle aka Mike Tittle, 67, no address given, was charged April 17 with invasion of privacy and misdemeanor criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Calvin L. Wilson, 34, of the 3100 block of Robinwood Drive, was charged April 17 with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Asheley N. Butler, 31, of the 300 block of Center Street, was charged April 17 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $17,500 bail.

Marcus Jovan Lindsey, 30, of the 900 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged April 17 with auto theft – theft of an entire automobile, resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor marijuana possession. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Joe E. Gray aka Joe E. Gray Jr. 56, of the 4600 block of St. Marys Avenue, was charged April 17 with possession of a destructive device, methamphetamine possession and misdemeanor controlled substance possession, marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Mishan D. Bradford, 51, of the 700 block of Lillian Avenue, was charged April 17 with domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on his own recognizance.

Marquis L. Hamilton, 27, of the 4800 block of Winter Street, was charged April 17 with resisting law enforcement using a vehicle to commit the offense and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, controlled substance possession and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $4,000 bond. 

Shanice N. Sharp, 20, of the 7500 block of Decatur Road, was charged April 17 with two counts of domestic battery, one count committed in front of a child. She was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Tayon J. Aron Jr., 37, of the 4200 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged April 21 with domestic battery committed in front of a child. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Garret G. Pressler, 29, of the 2100 block of Point West Drive, was charged April 21 with battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer and resisting law enforcement where defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon. He was released on $12,500.

Leslie N. Funk III, 43, of the 300 block of French Avenue, was charged April 22 with intentionally violating a home detention order. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Melissa D. Allen aka Melissa Orr, 40, of the 4600 block of Wayne Trace Boulevard, was charged April 22 with auto theft – theft of an entire vehicle, and methamphetamine possession. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Kaitlyn A. Luebke, 23, no address given, was charged April 22 with auto theft – theft of an entire automobile, and unlawful syringe possession. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Zanalynn Q. Swopshire aka Zanalynn Q. Booker, 26, of the 3300 block of Sequayah Pass, was charged April 22 with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, robbery, two counts of criminal recklessness and auto theft – theft of an entire automobile. He was being held in lieu of $27,500 bail.

Travis J. Kedik, 29, of Mishawaka, was charged April 22 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Dennis L. Leeper Jr., aka Joseph Rodriguez, 48, of the 1900 block of Carew Street, was charged April 22 with intentionally violating a home detention order. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Brittney M. Farkas, 33, of the 9900 Jefferson Way, was charged April 22 with two counts of domestic battery. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

David A. Charles, 44, of the 1600 block of Spy Run Avenue, was charged April 22 with intentionally violating a home detention order. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Tyler J. Wilson, 20, of Convoy, Ohio, was charged April 22 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Candis M. Bibbs, 30, of the 2500 block of Manford Street, was charged April 23 with battery by means of a deadly weapon, domestic battery committed in front of a child and neglect of a dependent. She was released on $12,500 bond.

Isaiah A. Neer, 37, of Pierceton, was charged April 23 with methamphetamine possession, unlawful syringe possession and misdemeanor paraphernalia possession. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Derek E. Kohut, 36, of the 10700 block of Ashton Drive, was charged April 23 with invasion of privacy and residential break-in. He was being held in lieu of $5,000.

Scherall Tinker aka Scherral Gorman, Cookie Tinker, Scherell Tinker, 62, of the 4300 block of Champlain Drive, was charged April 24 with theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Cameron S. Potter, 40, of the 5300 block of Johnnie Drive, was charged April 24 with criminal confinement with bodily injury and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Riley P. Almand, 27, of Harlan, was charged April 24 with theft, resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Alexander M. Kyle, 62, of the 200 block of Mabry Cove, was charged April 24 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Elijah N. Shores, 25, of the 1500 block of East Wayne Street, was charged April 26 with resisting law enforcement with misdemeanor intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail. 

James E. Starks, 48, of the 3300 block of Sequayah Pass, was charged April 27 with battery by means of a deadly weapon and domestic battery in front of a child. He was released on $12,500 bond.

Brooke Thompson, 38, of Ossian, was charged April 27 with child sexual trafficking, corrupt business influence and intimidation. She was released on $37,500 bond.

David M. Lacey aka Davion Lacey, 31, of the 700 block of Milton Street, was charged April 27 with methamphetamine possession and marijuana dealing with misdemeanor intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was released on $5,000 bond.
