Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Billy J. Jackson, 47, of the 300 block of West Superior Street, was charged April 27 with unlawful possession of a syringe. He was released on his own recognizance, but was being held on another charge.

Devon L. Lewis, 25, of the 4900 block of Autumn Knoll Court, was charged April 27 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Dylan M. Sale, 22, of the 11300 of St. Joe Road, was charged April 27 with resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor intentionally operating a motor vehicle without having received a license. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Sedrick A. Williams, 28, of the 4500 block of Standish Drive, was charged April 29 with murder and using a firearm in the commission of an offense where death results. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jaleesa S. Allen, 27, of the 6500 block of St. Joe Road, was charged April 29 with neglect of a dependent and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license, marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Demetrius Holliday aka Demetrus Roberson, 56, of the 6000 block of Bunt Drive, was charged April 29 with criminal trespass and misdemeanor false informing. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jose G. Solis Jr. aka Gabriel Solis, 41, of the 4800 block of Montrose Avenue, was charged April 29 with intimidation and invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Hakeem O. Cage, 22, of the 6500 block of St. Joe Road, was charged April 29 with marijuana dealing. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Travis J. McCune, 31, of the 1600 block of St. Louis Avenue, was charged April 30 with methamphetamine possession and unlawful possession of syringe. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Joshua Kayleb Harless, 24, of the 800 block of West DeWald Street, was charged April 30 with three counts of battery by means of a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was being held in lieu of $32,500 bail.

Todd A. Maddox, 40, of Marion, was charged May 1 with theft and misdemeanor criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Larry A. Lamb, 39, of the 1400 block of Third Street, was charged May 1 with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, criminal recklessness where defendant shoots a firearm into a building and narcotic drug possession with misdemeanor unlawful possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer, controlled substance possession and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $23,250 bail.

Nathaniel Vargas III, 25, of the 1800 block of Neuhaus Drive, was charged May 1 with battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer and resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon with misdemeanor criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Dominique M. Ross aka Domonique Ross, 28, of the 3100 block of Reed Street, was charged May 4 with three counts of sexual misconduct, child exploitation, disarming a law enforcement officer, battery with bodily injury to law enforcement officer, battery with bodily injury to a public safety officer, running away from law detention and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was being held in lieu of $72,500 bail and without bond on another charge.

Thang L. Kap, 49, of the 1800 block of Griswold Drive, was charged May 5 with two counts of child molesting, two counts of sexual misconduct and two counts of incest. He was being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Christopher R. Hatch, 43, of Roanoke, was charged May 5 with aggravated battery, inflicting an injury and creating a substantial risk of death and battery by means of a deadly weapon. He was released on $60,000 bond.

Robert C. Bufkin, 24, of the 400 block of Dunwood Drive, was charged May 7 with child molesting. He was released on $10,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Tyrice R. Mitchell, 39, of Merrillville, was charged May 7 with three counts of battery resulting in serious bodily injury and by means of a deadly weapon. He was released on $30,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jonathon Yoder, 19, of the 7500 block of Decatur Road, was charged May 7 with resisting law enforcement with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license and reckless driving. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Janyria R. Grandberry, 22, of the 5100 block of Old Maysville Road, was charged May 7 with domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Terry M. Poisso, 53, no address given, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and cocaine possession with misdemeanor paraphernalia possession. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Larry D. Morgan, 62, of the 4600 block of East Washington Boulevard, was charged May 7 with operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $2,500 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Oscar Diaz Diaz, 20, of the 1400 block of Stophlet Street, was charged Ma 7 with domestic battery with bodily injury and domestic battery committed in front of a child with misdemeanor interference with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Ian K. Perryman,19, of the 400 block of East Suttenfield Avenue, was charged May 7 with domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant woman and domestic battery committed in front of the child. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Richard D. Taylor, 46, of the 4500 block of East Lafayette Esplanade, was charged May 8 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Damien E. Owens, 27, of the 2200 block of Hobson Road, was charged May 8 with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. He was released on $10,000 bond. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Joseph M. Fazzaro, 23, of the 600 block of Fry Street, was charged May 8 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
