Felony report

The following people were charged with felonies in Allen Circuit and Superior courts. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Allen L. Richardson, 44, of the 5300 block of Eastwick Drive, was charged Oct. 15 with invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Nickolas R. Wright, 26, of the 2700 block of Dodge Avenue, was charged Oct. 15 with burglary of a dwelling and theft of a firearm. He was released on his own recognizance.

Ha San Gee, 59, of the 2000 block of Carterton Drive, was charged Oct. 15 with domestic battery in front of a child. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kiara A. Johnson, 22, of the 7900 block of Serenity Drive, was charged Oct. 15 with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, narcotic drug possession and neglect of a dependent. She was released on $40,000 bond.

Robert Paul Gilbert, 47, of the 5000 block of Maplecrest Road, was charged Oct. 15 with domestic battery committed in front of a child, intimidation and confinement. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Jerious D. Richard, 40, of the 4000 block of South Park Drive, was charged Oct. 15 with intimidation, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, neglect of a dependent and pointing a firearm at another person. He was released on $17,500 bond.

Jacob A. Strange, 27, of the 1400 block of Louisdale Drive, was charged Oct. 15 with domestic battery on a person younger than 14 and neglect of a dependent. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Aurther L. Wallace aka Arthur Wallace aka Alee Wallace aka Aurthurine Wallace aka Ashley Wallace, 43, of the 800 block of Petal Way, was charged Oct. 15 with operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Suvanna L. Buchanan aka Savannah Brown aka Savanna Buchanan, 31, of the 3100 block of Adams Street, was charged Oct. 15 with auto theft theft of an entire automobile, resisting law enforcement and misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Brian J. Bowers, 44, of the 9000 block of Stoneridge Court, was charged Oct. 15 with burglary and narcotic drug possession. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
