IPFW will host the 2015 Diversity Showcase Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Walb Union International Ballroom.

The showcase provides an opportunity to experience and celebrate the many cultures and identities represented at IPFW, according to a university spokesman. This event is free and open to the public.

At the Diversity Showcase, there will musical performances by a variety of students, henna artists, and an interactive conversation wall where people can express through words what diversity means to them.

Local professional make-up artist and IPFW alumna Brittany Calloway will be on hand to apply different styles of make-up to volunteers to show what they would look like if they chose another identity.

Food served will feature Asian stir-fry, an Italian pasta bar, a Mexican taco bar, and an American coney dog bar.

The Diversity Showcase is one of several activities taking place during IPFW's Diversity Week celebration.
